Each item is made to order. Please allow 10 business days for your order to ship from our shop located in North Texas.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please email 257LinemanGear@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging it arrived in.
We understand that sizing can vary from garment to garment. If you ordered the wrong size, simply return it to the address on the shipping label with the receipt along with a note of the new size. Please allow 10 business days for the new item to be shipped to you.
For product longevity, we ask that you wash the garment inside out, in cold water with no fabric softner. To dry, tumble on low and then hang to dry.
